The purpose of this letter is to bring to the notice of The Heaven Associates a few issues concerning the policy that was obtained by my parents in India a few years back. To make it easier for you to refer to the exact policy from amongst the millions that you have in your archives at the seventh heaven, cloud number nine, I am giving the policy number which is SVHDDMMYYYY.

Let me first tell you that I have no doubts that my parents did a wise thing by getting this policy from you the year I was born - surely one of the best investments they ever made. Though I was very well covered under their PPP (Parents' Protection Plan), they thought that the additional insurance offered by you would serve to further ensure my safety in this otherwise insecure world. They purchased additional collision and comprehensive insurance for me when I came to US 3 years back. The deductibles are high for them what with constant praying and worrying about me. But beyond that they know that I am in good hands. And isn't being in good hands the only place to be?

I am happy to note that their trust in The Heaven Associates was very well justified. I suffered many a blows to my ego while getting a job here. But your insurance saw to it that I came out of it stronger and more self-assured. The interaction with people around inevitably resulted in a few scratches to my mind but again they were healed completely with your help and have not needed any touch-up job ever since.
